About me

I am finally combatting imposter syndrome enough to put myself and my work out there, I have been training, studying, reading, researching and practising in the field of alternative medicine/wellness for a long time, well over 20 years, I am ready to fully step into my role as a healer, facilitator and teacher. I am excited to!

I believe that pleasure and self responsibility are the keys to freedom in this human experience. They were and are the keys for me. I have moved from suicidality to a peace, joy and hope I never thought possible.

I use my life experience, trauma informed coaching skills, energy work and acupuncture separately or in combination to work alongside a person as they travel towards their own desires. With their goal in mind, where they are heading, what they desire as the guiding star. This could look like freedom from pain or having a better relationship or a deeper connection to self or finding your true purpose for this lifetime or having better sex whatever you desire most deeply.

I teach energy regulation, pleasure practices, Yoni steaming and ritual to re-open the door connection to with the deep inner world and the wider spiritual world.

These are a lot of fancy ways to say that I have a lot of skill in holding humans and I love to do so, I love to be on the path with a person wherever that path is leading them, I am there for the deepest of revelations, joy and transformations and all the shadow, dark and shame that is the whole human experience.

I am passionate about compassionate holding and listening and the deep transformation this alone can bring us.

I have worked with all kinds of people and all kinds of scenarios.

I have studied and worked in this field since 2002.

I have worked with men, women and couples.

I am a mother of three, I have been married & divorced, a single mum and now in a new relationship with a new baby forging a path for our blended family.

My qualifications in order of obtaining them are;

• Acupuncture BSc Hons (4 year training) at the International College of Oriental Medicine

• Reike Level 2 initiation in Devon with a local healer

• Priestess Training Level 1 with Katinka Soetens

• Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching Qualification (650 hour training) with Layla Martin
